Melissa S. Goldberg, Esquire, is an associate at Brodie & Friedman, P.A. Ms. Goldberg is part of a team of attorneys at Brodie and Friedman, P.A. dedicated to zealously providing professional legal services to clients in all areas of Marital and Family Law including matters involving Dissolution of Marriage, Child Custody/Time-Sharing Disputes, Equitable Distribution, Alimony, Child Support, Paternity Matters, Enforcement/Modification Proceedings, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Relocation and Domestic Violence Proceedings.

Fiercely advocating for others comes naturally to Ms. Goldberg who has experience as a sexual assault and domestic violence counselor/advocate. Melissa thrives at Brodie Friedman, P.A. where her zealous representation of others is grounded in her compassion and understanding of the difficult emotional and financial circumstances the clients are often facing when in need of the services provided by Brodie and Friedman, P.A.

Ms. Goldberg, a Pennsylvania native, attended undergraduate school at the Pennsylvania State University and graduated in 2004 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Crime, Law, and Justice and Women’s Studies and with minors in Psychology and Sociology. Thereafter, Melissa earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University in 2008. While in law school, Melissa chose Family Law as the area of practice on which to base her thesis. Melissa Goldberg’s passion for family law is fueled by her drive to help other navigate through difficult times and her commitment to excellence.
