Worried that a court order isn’t being obeyed?

When there’s a court order in place and the other party doesn’t follow it, there’s multiple things you can do. Number one, you can reach out to the other party. If they have an attorney, you reach out to them and try and resolve it without having to spend a lot of money. If that doesn’t occur, you have to file motions in court to enforce it, motion for in contempt, whatever means necessary in order for them to comply with the order.
