Going to Trial for Divorce

Generally experienced FEMA law attorneys look at trial as a last resort, meaning the parties are always free to resolve their case and they can do so with whatever they think is in their best interest. When you go to trial, you’re going to maybe see the judge two or three times in your entire case, and that particular person, the judge, is going to rule on how much alimony one would receive, when one would see his or her child or children and how much property division who’s going to keep the house who’s going to keep the car and should one parent pay attorney’s fees to the other party that judge who you’re going to meet two or three times would also have the authority to award child support so while the judges try to do their best to rule within the law the judges will only meet the litigants maybe maximum two or three times during the entire divorce process.
