How High Profile Clients Protect Their Privacy in Divorce


First and foremost, all of our clients at Brodie Friedman are important to us. But for those of our clients who are considered a high profile client or in the public eye, the most important point to remember is to try to work through a lot of the issues with the other side. Try to reach agreements, try to resolve issues outside of court, and to file as few documents as possible.

Because once the documents get filed into the court file, they are considered a public document and that’s when their documents can be accessed by the public. So for our higher profile clients, we do strive to keep as much as we can out of the court file to protect their and their family’s privacy.
